Having a background in Property design and construction, real estate development, residential and commercial real estate investing and commercial real estate property management, management founded Levitical Ventures for the sole purpose of:

1. Investing in commercial income producing properties as a debt and/or equity partner.

2. Acquisition of these properties for our portfolio, or,

3. Development of these buildings for management and/or resale.

Currently Levitical Ventures is primarily focused on multi-family and mixed use structures for acquisitions and are always looking to develop new relationships with private lenders and/or investors.
